Case Study

A California Joint Powers Authority (JPA) providing law enforcement and fire dispatching services to 28 agencies sought assistance from DELTAWRX in replacing their outdated public safety systems. As part of the project, DELTAWRX was asked to manage the procurement of new integrated CAD, RMS, Mobile Data and Automated Field Reporting software. DELTAWRX identified current and future requirements, developed an RFP, prepared evaluation workbooks for selecting the new systems and software, analyzed cost proposals and facilitated reference checks. The new, state-of-the-art system along with mobile data software will support the public safety agencies through streamlined dispatching as well as improved field data and communications.
