Michael Galvin

Michael joined DELTAWRX in 2008 and possesses a wealth of experience leading public safety agencies with strategic planning efforts, system acquisitions, application software implementations, and feasibility studies.  He is a subject matter expert in emergency communications center staffing and technology procurements, and has presented on these topics at conferences such as Western APCO and NENA. 

Michael brings a sharp eye for detail to his engagements.  Working from coast to coast with an array of local government and statewide agencies, Michael has a track record of delivering projects on time and exceeding his clients’ expectations.

Michael is PMP certified through the Project Management institute.

Michael has a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Sacred Heart University.
