DELTAWRX to Support Arlington County, Virginia with CAD Replacement Project

We are thrilled to announce that DELTAWRX has been selected to assist Arlington County, Virginia with replacing its Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) solution. Arlington County is home to the Pentagon, Arlington National Cemetery, multiple prominent universities and more than 230,000 residents. Arlington County's multi-disciplinary PSAP provides dispatching services for law enforcement, fire and EMS resources.

For this engagement, DELTAWRX will review the emergency communications business processes currently in place in Arlington County and prepare a business needs assessment for the new application software. We will develop a Request for Proposals package, support the proposal evaluation process, assist with contract negotiations and develop a change management plan for the County.

In 2014, DELTAWRX assisted Arlington County with replacing its Criminal Justice Records Management System. We are delighted to be back in the National Capital Region, serving the County in this new capacity.
