DELTAWRX to Analyze Feasibility of Dispatch Consolidation for Lewis County, Washington

We are pleased to announce that DELTAWRX was recently awarded a contract to assist Lewis County 911 Communications with analyzing the feasibility of consolidating dispatch services with TCOMM, a PSAP in neighboring Thurston County. Our analysis will consider a range of issues including the two communications centers’ facilities, technology, operations, staffing levels and human resource practices as well as the financial implications of potential consolidation models. In addition, we will provide Lewis County 911 with service delivery improvement recommendations, as alternatives to or part of potential future dispatch consolidation efforts.
