DELTAWRX Awarded CAD Replacement Consulting Contract with San Francisco
We are pleased to announce that we have been selected by the City and County of San Francisco to assist with the replacement of their Computer Aided Dispatch system. The Department of Emergency Management will lead this effort on behalf of its stakeholder agencies and DELTAWRX will provide System Evaluation and Needs Analysis, Design and Requirements Documentation, Request for Proposal Development, System Procurement Services, Contract Negotiations Assistance and Implementation Oversight. In working closely with all public safety agencies within the City and County of San Francisco, we will help San Francisco acquire a modern CAD system that improves on the current system's shortcomings, meets NG911 requirements and adheres to the latest public safety standards for performance, security, functionality and reliability.
