DELTAWRX Awarded CAD Project Management Services Contract with City of Carlsbad, California

We are pleased to announce a new engagement with the City of Carlsbad, California. We will be assisting the Carlsbad Police Department with replacing its legacy Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) application with a modern solution that supports the efficient dispatching of resources, provides real-time access to data and offers integrated mapping, among other features. Our team will prepare a needs assessment for the Police Department, develop a Request for Proposals for the new solution, facilitate the proposal evaluation and vendor selection process, and lead contract negotiations. We will also support the City with overseeing the system implementation.

DELTAWRX has experience working with local and regional emergency communications centers. In addition, many of our consultants are active APCO members, leading working groups, speaking at conferences and serving as volunteers. We look forward to the opportunity to work with the City of Carlsbad.
