DELTAWRX to Assist City of Pittsburgh in Developing Public Safety Technology Assessment and Investme

The City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania recently awarded DELTAWRX a contract to develop a Strategic Technology Plan and Investment Roadmap for the Department of Public Safety. Our work will assess the current state of critical public safety technologies used by the Police, Fire, Emergency Medical Services and Animal Care and Control Bureaus. We will identify functional, organizational and technological public safety business needs and will facilitate visioning workshops with key stakeholders to guide the City in determining its strategic technology plan and corresponding investment roadmap for the future.

DELTAWRX has broad and deep experience providing public safety technology consulting services and our consultants possess the cross-functional expertise necessary to skillfully undertake complex strategic planning engagements.
