DELTAWRX Awarded Criminal Justice Software Planning, Procurement and Project Management Contract

DELTAWRX is pleased to announce our recently awarded contract with the Black Hawk County Criminal Justice Information System Board. We will be working with the Black Hawk County Consolidated Communication/Dispatch Center, Cedar Falls Public Safety Department, Waterloo Police Department, Evansdale Police Department, La Porte City Police Department, Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office, Waterloo Fire Rescue and other public safety agencies throughout the county to lead the procurement of an integrated, Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) criminal justice software package. It is currently envisioned that the future system will include Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile, Records Management System (RMS), Jail Management System (JMS), Fire and Civil software applications.

Our engagement entails conducting a needs assessment and analysis, documenting future system requirements, developing a Request for Proposals (RFP), supporting proposal evaluation activities, assisting with contract negotiations and overseeing the implementation of the new solution, among other duties. We are thrilled to be partnering with the public safety agencies in Black Hawk County on this exciting multi-agency, multi-disciplinary engagement.
