CONSOLIDATED DISPATCH IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING
Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission, VT
The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission engaged DELTAWRX to develop an implementation plan to consolidate emergency services dispatching currently provided across nine disparate entities in Chittenden County.
DISPATCH CONSOLIDATION STUDY AND OPERATIONAL ASSESSMENT; RADIO SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
Hamilton County Public Safety Communications, IN
DELTAWRX assisted Hamilton County Public Safety Communications with improving its dispatch environment on the heels of a challenging multi-PSAP consolidation. Four years later, we returned to conduct an operational assessment as the consolidated communications center prepared to pursue accreditation. Amid these engagements, we assisted the County with the replacement of its proprietary EDACS radio system with a modern, standards-based P25 system by providing technical expertise and implementation support services.
NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND DISPATCH MODERNIZATION PLAN
Massachusetts State Police
Our team assessed the State Police's CAD/RMS system, documented the requirements for a future system and prepared a strategic plan to centralize dispatch operations at the troop level that involved identifying stakeholders' technology, staffing, governance, facility and other requirements.
STRATEGIC PLAN TO ESTABLISH A BODY-WORN CAMERA PROGRAM
Metro Transit Police Department, MN
DELTAWRX worked with the Metro Transit Police Department to plan for and implement a body-worn camera program, including recommendations for equipment usage, recording protocols, data access, storage and release and accountability.
FIRE SYSTEMS ANALYSIS AND REPLACEMENT
Orange County Fire Authority, CA
DELTAWRX assisted the OCFA with analyzing its CAD, Mobile Computing, Integrated Fire Prevention and Incident Reporting System applications, mapping and assessing its business processes, and supporting the replacement of a subset of its systems.
DELTAWRX assisted the City of Santa Clara Police Department with replacing its legacy CAD/Mobile and RMS systems. Our engagement involved a needs assessment, business process mapping, RFP development, proposal evaluation activities, contract negotiations and implementation oversight.

STRATEGIC OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION STUDY
South Sound 911, WA
South Sound 911, in partnership with public safety agencies in Pierce County, and the County itself, engaged DELTAWRX to conduct a multi-faceted strategic study of the emergency communications environment. Our work analyzed dispatch operations, radio system usage, the use and administration of emergency communications funding and multi-jurisdictional governance for this consolidated emergency communications center.
